Who Are We

Bury Knowle Health Centre is a Primary Care Centre situated adjacent to Bury Knowle park on the London Road in Headington, Oxford.

Our Aim

At Bury Knowle Health Centre we have one simple aim: to provide you with the best possible care in a professional, safe and friendly manner, and to work with you to improve health.

The Health Centre

The Health Centre is in a pleasant position overlooking Bury Knowle Park, with on site car and bicycle parking. We are easily accessible from the London Road either by car or by bus. The Health Centre is designed with your needs in mind - it is a purpose built single storey building, light and spacious, with easy access for wheelchair users and children in prams or pushchairs. Specially designed disabled and baby changing toilet facilities are also available. We have a wheelchair available for anyone who requires assistance when visiting us. A special play area and facilities for children are available.

Pandemic Flu

If you are concerned that you might have swine flu it is better to avoid visiting the surgery. Advice is available online (please click on the link below) or by telephoning NHS Direct (0845 4647) or the surgery on (761651).

Your Doctor may ask you to come to the surgery but this will ONLY happen following a triage telephone call (full instructions will be given to you by your Doctor as to where to go on arrival).
